Welcome to

College

As a Christian school in the Liberal Arts tradition, our unique Prep – 12 curriculum provides opportunities for students to grow in knowledge and Godly wisdom.

We are dedicated to the formation of each student, desiring to see each flourish in relationship with God, seeking and recognising the transcendence of His Truth, Beauty and Goodness in the world. Through learning, our aim is to help young people imagine the world as it should be, and equip them to play their part in making that vision a reality.

Student Formation

We are dedicated to the formation of each student, recognising that each has been created imago dei (in the image of God).

Together as a community, our desire is to help each young person grow in wisdom and character as they seek the Truth, Beauty and Goodness of God, and discover who He has created them to be.

  • INTERMEDIATE SCHOOLS CUP VOLLEYBALL | Our volleyball program seeks to develop more than skill; it values long-term growth. It is an environment where students are formed through competition, learning what it means to pursue excellence alongside others.

At this year’s Intermediate Schools Cup on the Gold Coast, six of our teams represented the College with determination, discipline and unity.

In a tournament that continues to grow in both size and standard, students are challenged to test themselves against strong opposition. Through this, they learn that effort, preparation and perseverance are essential, and that success in team sport is built on a shared commitment rather than individual recognition.

Central to our approach is the formation of students who play as 'Humble', 'Selfless' and 'Strong' competitors. Humble in how they approach both success and setback, Selfless in their commitment to the team above themselves, and Strong in character as they respond to challenge with resilience and resolve.

We are grateful for the dedication of our coaches, whose investment in students extends beyond performance. They model and cultivate these attributes, guiding students as they grow in both skill and character.

Four of our teams won medals in their respective competitions:
Gold – Year 10 Boys
Silver – Year 10 Girls
Gold – Year 9 Boys
Bronze – Year 9 Girls

We look forward to seeing how these students continue to grow as athletes and teammates in the years ahead.
  • PREP PYJAMA PARTY | What better way to celebrate the arrival of winter than with a cosy Pyjama Day! Our Prep students embraced the new season with joy, diving into a range of winter-themed activities that transformed the classroom into a winter wonderland.

From playing with "snow" to colouring in adorable wintery artworks, our learners let their imaginations run wild. They warmed up with a delicious cup of hot chocolate to go with their sweet "Snowball" treats.

It's these moments of shared joy and discovery that make learning in Prep so special.
  • GROUNDS FOR FLOURISHING | At the College, we value the role our environment plays in everyday learning. Being surrounded by the natural beauty of God’s creation provides a quiet but important backdrop for our students as they learn and grow.

These spaces do not maintain themselves. They are carefully shaped and cared for by a dedicated team who take great pride in their intentional work of creating an environment that is welcoming, calm, and reflective of the values we seek to grow in our students.

Whether realised or not, being immersed in a setting like this can encourage peacefulness and help students to engage more deeply in their learning and in their walk with God.

We are grateful for the commitment of our Grounds and Maintenance Team, and for the way they support the life of the College through the spaces they maintain each day.
  • CHANGING COLOURS OF THE COLLEGE | As we move from autumn into winter, it has been lovely to see the College grounds gradually transform.

The changing colours provide a quiet reminder of the rhythms of each season, and of God’s created beauty reflected in the world around us.

We are grateful to be situated in such a beautiful setting, and for the dedication of our Grounds Team who maintain these spaces with such care and attention.
  • 2027 YEAR 11 INFORMATION EVENING | This week, our future Year 11 students and their parents gathered for an important Information Evening. Preparing for the senior years of schooling can feel daunting, so opportunities to gain clarity and understanding are invaluable in helping families feel confident about what lies ahead.

At TCC, our approach to the senior years is intentionally different. While this can sometimes raise questions about pathways and outcomes, evenings like this provide space to explore those questions with confidence. Families heard from key staff and past students who shared their experiences, offering insight into the diverse pathways available and the support provided throughout the journey.

The evening also enabled those interested in school-based programs to connect with external providers and university representatives to learn more about different school-based pathways to their careers.

It is always a privilege to share our approach to education and to hear the stories of our past students as they continue to grow through their ongoing education. Thank you to all who attended the evening. We value the opportunity to partner with you in both the education and formation of your child.
  • TOOWOOMBA EISTEDDFOD | What a wonderful evening at the Eisteddfod, filled with energy, encouragement, and moments of real musical excellence. We are incredibly proud of our students, whose commitment, growth, and joy in performance were evident in every item. These results reflect not only their talent, but the time, discipline, and teamwork that sit behind each performance.

We are grateful to our staff for their guidance, to our families for their support, and most of all to our students, who continue to pursue music with courage and enthusiasm.
