Welcome to

Toowoomba
Christian
College

As a Christian school in the Liberal Arts tradition, our unique Prep – 12 curriculum provides opportunities for students to grow in knowledge and Godly wisdom.

We are dedicated to the formation of each student, desiring to see each flourish in relationship with God, seeking and recognising the transcendence of His Truth, Beauty and Goodness in the world. Through learning, our aim is to help young people imagine the world as it should be, and equip them to play their part in making that vision a reality.

Student Formation

We are dedicated to the formation of each student, recognising that each has been created imago dei (in the image of God).

Together as a community, our desire is to help each young person grow in wisdom and character as they seek the Truth, Beauty and Goodness of God, and discover who He has created them to be.

  • PRIMARY PERFORMING ARTS CUP | Last term, we enjoyed a wonderful opportunity for our Primary students to share their performance skills and talents with families and peers in an encouraging and uplifting environment through the Performing Arts Cup.

There was an impressive range of talent on display across the House competition, with many memorable performances and recitals. Congratulations to all students who participated and demonstrated courage, creativity and commitment.

A special congratulations to Grace, who was awarded the Year 5–6 Age Champion title for her beautiful performance and well done to Chisholm House, who have now won the Performing Arts Cup for the third year in a row.
  • HAPPY EASTER | Wishing all our students and their families a blessed Easter weekend. May steadfast hope and deep joy fill your homes this season, and remind us of the unshakeable peace we have in our Saviour, Jesus Christ.
  • END OF TERM CELEBRATION | This morning we celebrated the end of Term 1 as a TCC community. We are a college that is built on knowing, and being known, and on the shared life of our wider community. We are grateful for the opportunity to spend this time together as we head into the Easter break.

A big thank you to both our staff and families for all the hard work and dedication that made Term 1 such a successful and blessed term.

As we conclude Term 1, may we remember the incredible gift we have received in the love and grace of Jesus, and in his sacrifice on the cross. We wish our families a restful and meaningful Easter and look forward to welcoming you back for Term 2.
  • OZTAG GALA | What an incredible two days at the first‑ever Darling Downs Oztag Gala Day, bringing together 42 teams from 13 schools.

We are extremely proud of our TCC teams, who delivered outstanding performances and made every final across the event.

Congratulations to our champions and runners‑up, and special recognition to Cooper (Year 8), Lael (Year 6), and Nicholas (Year 6) for being named MVPs.

A sincere thank you to @oztagqld and all staff involved for making this inaugural event such a success.
  • LOTS OF SOCKS DAY | Last week, our Primary School came alive with fun and colour as staff and students pulled on their brightest and boldest socks for Lots of Socks Day.

This special day raised awareness and funds in support of World Down Syndrome Day, and was a joyful reminder of the importance of inclusion, understanding and celebrating difference.
  • CONGRATULATIONS CLASS OF 2025 | Our graduates are stepping into a wide range of pathways as they continue their learning beyond school.

Last year, more than half of our graduating cohort applied to university. Of the 27 graduates planning to commence in Semester 1 this year, every student has now received a first preference offer, with others preparing to begin their studies in Semester 2.

Students have accepted university offers across a diverse range of fields, including medical and allied health, education, business, science, engineering, the arts and law.

Alongside university pathways, 12 graduates are pursuing apprenticeships and traineeships, 6 are studying through TAFE and other registered training organisations, and 22 are employed across a range of industries, including service in the Australian Defence Force.

We love seeing our graduates pursue their passions and cannot wait to see where their continued life of learning takes them.
